Entirely satisfied
I needed an app that would allow me to embed EXIF data in my raw camera files — my camera allows the use of legacy lenses, but the ordinary EXIF data does not include the details. EXIF Editor allows the insertion of manual lens data of your own creation. I create templates for the lenses I use, and can apply the EXIF data to many files at once as required.
Also of great interest to me was the ability to ‘untag’ files created by my camera, files that were flagged as 16:9 imagas in camera, but in fact the full 3:2 file existed but couldn’t be reached without removing the flag. Using a Mac and Photoshop/Bridge the flag couldn’t be removed without converting the file to other than raw — EXIF Editor allows for the simple reflagging of the image height to match the actual 3:2 dimensions and the entire file is now available for editing in raw format.
A straightforward and functional app, that I would be happy to recommend.
